✅ Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Optional: a pinch of chili flakes or fresh herbs for garnish


🔪 Instructions:

1. Prep the Chicken:

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add chicken and sear for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Sauce:

  • In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Let the sauce thicken slightly (2–3 minutes).

4. Add Spinach:
